We're Right By SFU on Hastings!
You'll come in with your teen and meet with a coach. We'll learn about their sport, goals, and training history, then walk you through how the program works. No workout on day one — just a conversation to see if it's a good fit.
High school aged teens (12-17. If your kid is a bit younger and you think they'd be a good fit, reach out and we can chat about it.
Not at all. Every teen starts with 4 one-on-one sessions where we assess their movement, screen for limitations, and teach them proper form before they join the group.
Twice a week minimum. Sessions are 45 minutes each. Most teens train on a consistent weekly schedule that works around school and their other activities. We have sessions available from Monday to Friday Between 3:30 and 5:30pm.
It's general strength and conditioning — not sport-specific drills. We build the foundation (strength, power, movement quality) that makes them better at whatever sport they play. Monthly testing tracks sport-relevant metrics like vertical jump, agility, and heart rate recovery.
We'll go over pricing at the free intro based on how often your teen wants to train. The first week is free so they can try it first.
3-month minimum commitment, 2x per week minimum. We find this is the minimum time for teens to build real habits and see measurable progress.
